Mr. Boucher represents physicians, medical professionals, hospitals, and healthcare organizations in civil and administrative proceedings across New York State. His practice is primarily focused on defending health care practitioners and institutions against claims of medical malpractice and professional misconduct.

Prior to joining Brown, Gruttadaro, & Prato, Mr. Boucher served as an Assistant District Attorney for over 8 years in the Monroe County and Ontario County District Attorneys’ Offices.  As an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Boucher’s assignments included the Special Investigations Bureau, Vehicular Crimes Bureau, and Domestic Violence Bureau.
