BGP attorneys have handled a variety of business disputes, from simple breach of contract to more complex actions involving allegations of fraud/misrepresentation, tortious interference with contract, and frustration of purpose. BGP has experience in the Commercial Division of State Supreme Court in New York County, where complicated commercial cases are litigated, as well as in the federal district courts, including the Northern and Southern District. We’ve prevailed on summary judgment motions, in both state and federal court and have taken cases to verdict when required.
