Mr. Coniglio represents physicians, medical professionals, hospitals, and healthcare organizations in civil and administrative proceedings across New York State. His practice is primarily focused on defending health care practitioners and institutions against claims of medical malpractice and professional misconduct.
Prior to joining Brown, Gruttadaro, & Prato, Mr. Coniglio served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office. While attending law school, Mr. Coniglio was a member of the Law Review and a Pro Bono Recognition Graduate.
