Ms. Sullivan represents physicians, medical professionals, hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare organizations in civil proceedings and administrative proceedings throughout New York State.  Her practice is primarily focused on defending health care practitioners and institutions against claims of medical malpractice and general negligence.  SuperLawyers has recognized Ms. Sullivan as a “Rising Star” in medical malpractice defense each year since 2022.

A native of Rochester, Ms. Sullivan is committed to giving back to her community.  She has served as a Member of the Board of Directors at EquiCenter since 2023.  She currently resides in Pittsford with her husband, Max, and their horse, Paul. 

Prior to joining Brown, Gruttadaro & Prato, Ms. Sullivan worked as a medical malpractice defense attorney in Syracuse, New York.  While attending law school, Ms. Sullivan interned at the New York State Court of Appeals.
