Ms. Marcoccia represents physicians, medical professionals, hospitals, and healthcare organizations in civil actions across New York State. Her practice is primarily focused on defending healthcare practitioners and institutions from professional liability claims.

Ms. Marcoccia was raised in Pittsford, New York, where she currently resides. In 2015, her family purchased a horse farm in Pittsford, which she helps manage. Ms. Marcoccia and her dog, Vinnie, enjoy spending recreational time with her two horses, Timeless and Casano.

Ms. Marcoccia joined Brown, Gruttadaro & Prato, PLLC, shortly after graduating from the University at Buffalo’s School of Law. During her time in law school, she was recognized for completing over 400 hours of pro bono work with the University’s Environmental Advocacy Clinic. She was also recognized for her proficiency in future interests and estate-planning law.
